This is Bremshey’s top of the range elliptical trainer. Features six workout programmes including one user defined programme plus heart rate and effort control. It also has a very useful fitness test programme to allow you to monitor your progress. Resistance can be adjusted from the handle bars and a three position piston allows the elliptical to vary from a stepping to a cross country skiing action.
